I was returning one of staff’s phone call on 01/15/2026. Wednesday January someone by the name of Mark or Marcus answering the phone I asked to speak to Charmin and he hung up the phone on me with out letting me know if she was there or she would call me back nothing just rude very unprofessional.
Waited 3 weeks for 1st appointment after relocating from another state. It was nothing but walking advertising from each department. Including the Dr. Items that could easily have been read by myself and understood. Completely. When asked for a referral to be sent to my new pain management office I was told " I'll think about it". But I'm not going to do anything today. It will have to be done at your "official 1st appointment" ?? What was the last 2.5 hr. appointment for...
