Jiles Heating and Air are the best!! Called at 9:45 am and Greg apologized that they were booked up today but would get me the next morning but would get us if they had a break! At 10:50 just a little over an hour later Dylan is knocking at our door and with in 15 minutes he had us repaired! Today is July 9, 2024 and temperatures were to be in the 90’s. Thanks for taking care of us!
Jiles Heating and Air installed our unit. Several months later we were experiencing problems with heat pump not turning on. We tried reaching the company for over a week leaving voicemail and never heard back. The labor and parts warranty was therefore useless. We then contacted another firm that fixed the problem same day and spent their time getting the warranted parts from manufacturer even though they didn't install the unit. We can't recommend this business.
Excellent service and quality.Throughout the process, they were quick to respond and very fair. They even reattached our vent pipe for our clothes dryer. I highly recommend this company for their thorough work and efficiency. They installed a new heat pump, air handler, thermostat and a mini split for the basement. Works great!! Great people!! Will continue to use this company!
Jiles Heating & Air has always been super helpful and responsible. They are definitely the best bang for your buck. They never overcharge, and they always provide the best quality of service. I could never have more positive things to say about this company. If you ever need an HVAC company, look no further because you will NOT be disappointed.
