We recently rebuilt a house in Putnam and bought all of our many windows, doors and kitchen cabinets from Jilco. Mike F was our salesperson for the windows and Sarah was the agent for the kitchen cabinets. We are THRILLED with this company. My wife and I had a Hunter Douglas blind that was over 20 years old. The blind split down the middle and I went to Jilco to see if I could get a replacement. Not only did I get a replacement, but Billy Gesson contacted Hunter Douglas and the blind was replaced for free. The warranty covered the blind and Billy came to my home and installed the blind at no charge!!. Excellent service and outstanding warranty coverage.
This review is way past overdue, like more than a year! I dont do reviews much, and I am not proud of it ! We had new cabinets done almost 2 years ago, and we were so lucky to be teamed up with Sarah Zobel. She is the best, the best of the best!
