A client I work with reported that Jijy Easow verbally berated her for mentioning her PCP had medical records from client's recent hospitaliztion. Jijy Easow proceeded to shout at client while claiming to be the only doctor that mattered and dismissing PCP's role in forwarding medical records. Jijy Easow then proceeded to command client to look up her records on the portal and called her stupid for taking so long to access the records. Takes her time and shows genuine concern for my well being
Dr. Easow is a great physician. She genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time needed with them. If she refers then to another specialty she follows through on the referrals, to make sure that they are addressed.
