We worked with J III Enterprises, Inc. It was a great experience from start to finish. Andy showed up on time, cleaned up the work area each day, communicated daily about our project and even finished a day early! I would definitely recommend J III if you're looking for a reliable contractor.
We needed a bedroom ceiling patched and textured to match the rest of the ceiling. They did an excellent job! They were particularly careful to make sure they protected the walls, flooring and furniture. It was about a 3 hour project because of the various steps in the process but I am pleased with the results. I have a painter coming to paint the ceiling so don’t pay attention to the slight color difference; it is still drying!
J III repaired the water damaged ceiling in our garage and did drywall repair in our bedroom suite . I was nervous about having the work done because the walls are textured, but it all matched seamlessly.
We hired J III for 1,000 sqft of popcorn ceiling removal. The team got all work done on time with very high quality and care for cleaning up the surroundings. Would highly recommend Jimmy and his team in KC area!
