Made appt in May for end of sept (all they had). Called me today to tell me they are canceling my appt due to the diagnosis code. Absolutely horrible customer service! Since when does an office not ask for updated script/referral? I have suffered chronic pain for 14 years and now other symptoms popping up which could be signs of autoimmune disease but apparently I have to be diagnosed already in order to see this physician. Saba doubted & challenged my "Ehlers Danlos Syndrome" diagnosis from a geneticist, on my very first visit with her!!! Now, She defends an m ma employee "dellareese" despite her unwarranted rudeness towards me!!! AND I WENT OFF!!!!!!!! I loathe those uncaring/rude in a "caring profession"!!!!!! Saba then dropped me as her patient without telling me!!!! COWARD! I learned this from my PCP. Not the best experience, I been waiting to see Dr Saba for 3 mos after she cancel 2 time my appointments before ..today when I got to her office for my appointment I was told she had to cancel again. Nobody call me to cancel my appointment or to reschedule. I will never to make a appointment with her again for sure.
I have nothing but nice things to say about Dr. Saba and her staff. I've been dealing with back/spine issues for over 10 years now ultimately do to arthritis. From medications, to injections, to surgery literally nothing has helped alleviate my pain. I waited 3 months to get in as a new patient with Dr. Saba and it was well worth the wait! I have been a patient for over a year. Dr. Sada is very attentive and makes sure to listen to my concerns in order to provide the best care for me. I feel that she helped me overcome a period in my life when I thought there was no hope. I would recommend anyone to go see her for results and care.
