I was supposed to see Dr. Harmouche today. After waiting 50 minutes to see him a NP came in room said he was in a meeting and could she me. I said I was referred to him bc they think I have cancer it’s in the notes. So I had my copayment refunded and left. I guess there was a drug or medical rep there and they were more important and when I asked the NP what she could do for me she had nothing she could say. Beyond unprofessional
I absolutely love Dr. Harmouche! He has taken exceptional care of me over the past three years. I even stayed behind in Texas so he could perform my surgery because he is so meticulous — he cleans everything up in such a way that you can hardly see a scar. Most importantly, he truly listens to me and never dismisses how I’m feeling. However, I did have an issue with the nurse practitioner. I recently moved to this area and finding a good OBGYN was very important to me as a woman with complicated issues related to women health. I wanted to choose a doctor who I could rely on for the long term, as long as I am living in the area. There was some wait time (+ 1 hour), but after my first appointment with Dr. Harmouche, I knew I am done searching for my OBGYN doctor. Dr. Jihad Harmouche is an excellent gynecologist. He listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. His professionalism and compassion really stood out. Highly recommend!
Check your copayment verification of insurance must not be done correctly. I was overcharged each visit. My insurance told me that the copay I was charged was not what I was paying. When the info was sent to my insurance it shows as if i had no copayment but inrealty I paid each time $80. Fast forward I have been trying to get in contact with the billing dept and so has my insurance and no answer from the billing team. Dr.Harmouche is ok he delivered my baby.
