2112 Ave P. Is the most disgusting building, the management company Brani, Keisha, Shmily are horrible to deal with. All they care about is money money money. They FAILED to provide window guards for my child and had the I never told them that I’m moving in with my child. When I had my interview with Keisha, She asked me who will be living in the apartment and I told her it will be me and my daughter. Was literally the first tenant here and just re-signed my 3rd year. Management is super responsive, understanding and actually treat you well! 10/10

I have nothing but kind words and praise for the team at JIH. Brany and Kisha were both great in helping me deal with roommate issues which were none of their own. They were always responsive and I never had any issues with the actual apartment and worked with me rather than a normal tenant / landlord relationship and went straight to late fees and evictions. 2112 Ave P is definitely the worst apartment I've ever lived at in my entire life. 1. NOISE. Prepare to never have a moment of peace ever again. This apartment has the thinnest walls known to man so it's like everyone on your floor is your roommate. I hear everyone's conversations, their children screaming (and them verbally abusing their children as well) and one of my neighbors has a dog that barks for 5 - 8 hours straight if he's left alone.
