2112 Ave P is definitely the worst apartment I've ever lived at in my entire life. 1. NOISE. Prepare to never have a moment of peace ever again. This apartment has the thinnest walls known to man so it's like everyone on your floor is your roommate. I hear everyone's conversations, their children screaming (and them verbally abusing their children as well) and one of my neighbors has a dog that barks for 5 - 8 hours straight if he's left alone. my central air is now broken twice in a row in 17 degree weather. They fixed it in around 23 hours the first time just to flex that they did it within the legal timing even though it was ridiculous to be left without heat for that long AND to have a worker showing up at our door at midnight. Now this time, second weekend in a row that it's broken it's been over 24 hours and they haven't done anything to fix it yet.
