Jigsaw was referred to me for rodent clean-up. Otto was amazing. He was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I had a little anxiety about the clean up because of my asthma. But he was calm and explained everything his team was going to do. The work the team did was top notch. Every area looked and felt so clean and disinfected it put my mind at ease. Would highly recommend Otto to anyone.
We are thankful for Jigsaw! We have had to use them 3 times in one year (old home and rain issues, broken gas line that created a water leak, major condensation in basement) In those moments of home stress, Jigsaw makes the process so much easier. They are honest, do amazing work.
We had a flooded upstairs bathroom that sent water pouring down into the floor below. I was completely panicked and called Jigsaw within an hour of it happening. Otto was incredibly calm and reassuring from the start. He was on site within an hour, helped me begin the insurance claim, and clearly walked me through the next steps.
