Otto responded immediately on a Friday night and his crew showed up first thing Monday morning. They did a great job and cleaned up after the work was done.
Otto and his team exceeded all expectations! They are extremely professional, trustworthy, and timely. In addition, it was probably the best communication I’ve ever experienced with a service company. Calls and tests were answered almost immediately. They also explained everything in terms I could easily understand even though I have no experience with this type of work. I am very happy with the end result!
Came super fast for a leak clean up, efficient and super clean which I appreciate. We had fans going for a few days to ensure everything was dried out, prompt pick ups and super nice to deal with.
Otto was super helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything was okay afterwards. I really appreciate the service and the tips he gave us to avoid future problems. I highly recommend Jigsaw!
