Have been going to Vibe Step and Kettlebell classes for a few years now. Caz is so encouraging, you couldn't meet a more positive person. Classes are friendly and easy going and suit me as they are pay as you go. Great variety of classes at different times of day so if you miss one you can catch up in the week. Best thing is the music. Love the remixes!

A wonderful group of people, all ages and abilities, encouraging each other and with the main goal of moving more to feel better. Love my time with Jigsaw Fitness. As a 45 year old mother, it’s so important to find time to take care of yourself and I do it by coming to classes, which fit around my job and mum duties. First class is free, so give it a try!
I moved to the area in 2021 and started attending sessions at Jigsaw Fitness early 2022. I was initially anxious about walking into my first class being an unfit 50 something lady! The welcome I received was so warm and friendly and I soon felt at ease. I now participate in 4 classes a week including Vibe Power and HIIT.
