Laurie (or was it Lauren?) was very pleasant and professional! Went there on 9/30/2025 at about 2 pm, was able to pull in right away, have her read the OBD2 on my car, and shortly after receive a printout of my result. She also sent the info to DMV immediately--1 hour later I renewed my registration online without any issues. You're able to give a tip on the card reader (and she was in no way pushy about getting a tip). I needed a simple service, and I'm glad that it was just that--simple and painless.

Went in on 7/10/25 Pulled up, technician, Marcus F was polite and courteous. Had a smile on his face the entire time. He hooked the car up to perform the procedure which was fast and painless. Handed me my certificate and I was on my way. Great customer service.
Absolutely horrible service. Had some young kid helping me. Said that I was missing something so he can't do it, "I could charge you the $30 but I won't" uhh first off you didn't even do anything but look under my driver side and were extremely rude about. PRIOR to that you had myself and an older women waiting on you, while you were bullshitting on a personal phone call on the job. Never go here.
I have been coming to this location for about 3 years in a row, I have never had a bad experience! Laurie is the absolute best, she is super polite and helpful! Thank you Laurie!
