I wanted to write a review for Mark B. He was the most efficient and knowledgeable smog tech that I’ve encountered in my 17 years in Las Vegas. I have a Jeep Wrangler and most people don’t know how to even open the hood, thank you Mark. Quick, friendly service.
Came on Sunday 06/07 at 10AM and they were closed. Online they say they are open until 5PM on Sundays.
I just had my smog test done with Marc, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. He was arrogant, impatient, and unprofessional throughout the process. His attitude was dismissive and confrontational, and he made the entire experience unpleasant. When my car started having some issues, rather than being understanding or helpful, he simply pressured me and added to the frustration. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service!!!!
Friendly staff, and great great service
So I took my daughter's Explorer in to get smog and register. She zelled me the money to do this. However, there was a mix up.The technician here not to mention nice and really cute was very understanding, courteous, I pulled over to another lane called my bank figured it out all the time The technician was very concerned about me as I was upset.
