Bought a new tv 50" it had issues with low sound on XBOX manufacture told me theyy would send a tech from jiffy tv service Grapeville PA to service it. The tech arrived 2 hours late the tv was taken apart he looked at it for 15 minutes and then told me it would need parts ordered and it would be couple weeks?
