Worst customer service ever. One of the manager name Cassia or something has no respect for customer. She has no knowledge of the business, she can’t answer a simple question and harass people. My experience with this company is sour.
I've had the pleasure of working directly with Christina who has gone above and beyond my requests. Christina has been extremely responsive and helpful and taken the utmost care in my storage needs. Jiffy is fortunate to have her!
Christina and Hammad were extremely helpful, polite and resourceful. They both made sure we were able to access our storage unit and answered all of our questions promptly. Made our transitioning super smooth!!
