Call Jffy Rooter around 11:30 AM. The tech was already on another job. They promised that he would be here around 3 o’clock. He was here 3:20 . He had cleaned out the drain and picked up his tools. Did a great job. Good young man to work with..

I hired jiffy to remove a clog from an outside pipe that had a cap easy to get to and it was after hours and paid 235.00 for the guy to be there 10 minutes. Clog never got fixed still have the clog. Never ran the rotor rooter through the pipe I asked him to run his rotor through. Very disappointed.
