I hired jiffy to remove a clog from an outside pipe that had a cap easy to get to and it was after hours and paid 235.00 for the guy to be there 10 minutes. Clog never got fixed still have the clog. Never ran the rotor rooter through the pipe I asked him to run his rotor through. Very disappointed.
Jiffy Rooter is very friendly and customer satisfaction seems to be very important. Dewayne is very good at what he does and explained all aspect of his job. We will continue to use Jiffy and their team.
