Asked them to fix a grammar mistake that THEY made. Mistake was never fixed, but I take blame for assuming the professional would correct their own mistake after being informed. Offered me 10% off lol. Also took 10 days to make 200 fliers, rather go to staples and do it myself for same day service.
I recently had some business cards made up. They did a wonderful job and the experience was very easy and simple. They send you an email so you can proof read your business card. So, if any mistakes are made, they can be changed before print.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. If they make a mistake they won't fix it. Go to a real print shop that doesn't make mistakes or values their customers enough to fix the problem.
Staggeringly incompetent. They made a grammatical error on my business cards and then refused to fix it. I've never heard of a business that blames the customer for their mistake. This is not a professional print shop. Don't waste your money.
