Bought a battery in February, brought it in to another lube shop and when they tested the 7 month old battery they said it had to be replaced. Brought it back to jiffy and dealt with Shamal, he listened was very patient in trying to solve the issue with me. He went above and beyond and replaced my battery fully after a few phone calls. Definitely appreciate his effort in making sure customers were satisfied.
