I stopped by tonight to get my car serviced and my tires rotated. This is my first time at this location and I have never had such great service! Thank you, Blaine and team.
Excellent service
The service was great and the personnel were great. The problem is that I was charged over $50.00 to change a fuel filter that I had purchased. It was almost as expensive as the oil change. I was not told about the added expense before the filter was change.
I went into for what should have been a simple oil change, and my first impression was not good at all. They started working on my car without telling me the price until they were already in the middle of the service. All I wanted was an oil change, but they went through my glove box, dumped everything on the floor to pull out an air filter I didn’t ask for, and made a mess.
