Very polite and attentive when I arrived. I sat in my car for the visit. The manager answered my question about fully syntheic oil being available. One employee washed my windows and filled my tires, which was very nice and he was also very sweet about it considering I felt as if he was being belittled for being a new employee by the manager. Went to get my oil changed and I have a skid plate on my car so they had to remove it. I was aware that one of the screw was a little weird but they cross threaded one and didn't tighten it all the way which is good I guess, and then they just didn't put one back and in all reality they stripped the thread and weren't able to put it back.
Staff is always professional, great at communicating estimated time for service. Will keep taking my car in here!
Cody took the time to go out of his way to help me. I'm female and was in a heap of trouble with my car. He changed my oil and made sure everything was running right. What a comfort!!
