Been taking my truck here for years, never had any issues. The wait is never long, the work is always thorough, and the guys remember me and my truck every time I stop in. They go the extra mile, and if there’s something they can’t do they are able to provide me with instruction or products from the auto parts store next door to do it myself. They keep my 97 going strong
Under new management, the American Falls jiffy lube is terrific! Both the new manager, Travis, and his associate, Wyatt, did a superb job. Can't praise these two people enough for theie customer service and care provided to me.
It was perfect as usual.
I had my truck's oil changed today at Jiffy Lube American Falls. They were friendly, professional, and expeditious. I would recommend this shop. Travis and crew were great.
