I haven’t been to Jiffy Lube in years! They lost my business by being WAY TOO PUSHY! I had a car that was months overdue on registration, and was right by a Jiffy Lube, so I figured I’d give it a try. Since this wasn’t my first rodeo, I told the young man that I ONLY needed emissions, and NOTHING else! Sure enough, a few minutes later, they call me up to the computer showing me my air filter! This location has always had great service and that is why I take all my vehicles there. This experience was not a good one just because when they checked my cabin air filter they broke the glove box dampener and instead of fixing it they left the dampener on the floor of the car and didn’t say anything about. I was unaware of this until my wife brought the broken part in and asked me what this was. It wasn’t worth my time to take the vehicle back to your techs that broke it and argue with them , so I just fixed it myself. T... read more
