Came in to have their team look over an issue that was done by another oil change company. They were extremely friendly and went above and beyond in resolving an issue that they did not create. I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube and the team that they have! Thank you team!
The guys were all very helpful with getting me emissions works done and registration handled. This shop is very well run and the team is always great to get service work done.
The kid that cashed me out in the end was very degrading and rude. He was belittling and should not be working in any position that requires public interaction. I happened to have a coupon for a different jiffy lube and instead of politely explaining the differences between the locations and helping me fine one for this location he got loud and belittled me.
