Remembered my car registration was expiring on the last day of the month. Drove to the nearest Jiffy Lube and they handled the whole thing—from emissions test to stickers in less than 30 minutes. Great customer service.
The guy who attended to me, was very polite and courteous. Even though 3 cars ahead of me, I was assured my spot was secured while a went to a supermarket nearby. I would definitely go back.
This Jiffy Lube location is absolutely the best!!!! Every technician is extremely knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful!!!!! I have always gotten upfront information and recommendations for our vehicles, before anything is done. Prices are always reasonable and there are plenty of available discounts for your services. I will not go anywhere else for maintenance to my vehicles!!! Thank you guys for being so awesome and kind!!!!
My boyfriend had to get his AC looked at and took his car in here. He ended up getting a tire rotation while he was there. After he left he noticed that the bolts on his front left tire were loose and catching when he was driving. We took the truck back here and we were completely ignored for at least half an hour. My boyfriend talked to someone not once, but twice and they continued to ignore him. We finally get the “boss” to take a look and then he tells us that two of the bolts are bad. I’m a couple weeks late leaving this, but the fact that I remember and am inclined to do so now is a testament to how impressed I am with the staff at this location. I occasionally see a new face, and am never disappointed. There are similarities between Jiffy Lube locations. That’s plain. But there are qualities that don’t come with training. This is a winning staff! Thanks!
