Jiffy lube is an excellent business. I have taken my vehicles there for years and the young men and women are very courteous and very professional. I would hire them in a heartbeat.
I went in for an oil change and asked them to test the alternator. I heard the guy tell them to test the alternator and heard other guys talking about it. As I was about to leave, no one had said anything about the alternator, so I asked and it turned out they didn’t test it. This took another 20 minutes or so. As I was leaving, I noticed the rear tires felt very funny. I drove it a couple of blocks and it didn’t go away, so I took the car back. I have been taking my vehicles to jiffy lube on San Mateo and Lomas for the past 4 years, I never had a problem with my vehicles but the last few visits I have been disappointed with what they did. I wanted my tires rotated with my oil change and got a socket stuck on my driver's side back tire, they told me to go to a tire shop to have them remove it.
