We drove from out-of-town to get an engine coolant service;it took nearly 3 hours, and when we arrived, we are 3rd in line!! Once we left and got on I40, we heard a metal clinking sound coming from under the car. We pulled over to find that the slipping plate nderneath wasn't screwed back on. We drove to the nearest Jiify Lube to have the plate screwed back in place. Needless to say, we will never return to this Jiffy Lube.
Great service and convenient timing! I was able to drive up, address my car's needs, and the process began. The staff was attentive and informative, and I was quickly on my way to the rest of my errands knowing my car is road-ready. Thank you, gentlemen at Lomas and San Mateo!
The young men that work at this location always have my car in and out in less then 15 mins.
Came to visit my son, Took his car in for an oil change and explained to the manager that he’s in the service and really needed to get his car serviced before he got out of work. Manger was very kind and showed me a few different coupons I could use. I was treated very kind and will be taking his car in for brakes this weekend Friendly staff great customer service
