Went to Jiffy Lube for a basic oil change and got hit with nonstop upselling for services I “definitely needed.” It felt pushy and uncomfortable. It got worse—when I got back in my truck, my passenger seat had been fully reclined, nearly breaking the divider I use for my dogs. On top of that, a fuel stabilizer they insisted I needed was left unopened in my cup holder with zero explanation. The whole experience felt sloppy and insincere. Great service! They discovered a cross threaded drain plug, clearly communicated options, and skillfully resolved it along with providing detailed information about how to best care for my car going forward. I've had great experiences with them for emissions testing as well. Very professional team.
