Showed up before they opened for a basic oil change. Was the only car being serviced. Half an hour later they still can't find the password to their system to process my payment, making me late for other commitments. Manager seemed grumpy. Jessica tried to help. In the end they were both apologetic, which I appreciated. But this was far from Jiffy. UPDATE: I sent the information requested and never received a response. Again, not Jiffy.
Jessika was absolutely awesome! She got me right in for emissions and renewal and was so friendly! I appreciated her service and how quick she got me in! Thanks Jessika!
