This location told me I had multiple oil and transmission leaks, which I did not. I had them “fix” a chip in my windshield, which looks and feels exactly as it did before I got it fixed, and I paid $60 or so for it. The young woman in the office was nice, tried to upscale me on the whole planet, which is her job, and was very pleasant. Why do you charge $12 to fill the radiator? Took my car in for an oil change. Even though there was only one other car there and several workers just standing around, it was close to 10 minutes before anyone came to help me. I was uneasy when they asked to keep my keys during the oil change. I am a responsible adult, and if they ask me not to turn the car on while they work, I won’t. Once they got started, the oil was changed in a reasonable amount of time.
