The worst service ever and I've owned cars for close to 60 years! I had to wait for an addional 20 minutes because they didn't have the correct filter. Then they tried to convince me I needed a new serpentine belt! Three days later there's a puddle of oil in my garage. I went to a Valvoline Oil Change place to have it looked at. They told me the drain plug to the pan was not replaced by Jiffy Lube. It was leaking. The plug is supposed to be replaced when the oil is changed. They also told me the serpentine belt was fine. Excellent, reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. These guys really care! They go above and beyond by cleaning your windows and vacuuming your vehicle if you want. They have made suggestions to do things to my car to help it run better, which I never knew about and offered to change filters I didn't even know existed! Yeah, I'll keep going back. I may not do everything they suggest, but it's nice to know they make me aware of it :)
Great location! They always go over everything with you but are quick to get your oil service done as well! I’ve been going here for a couple years now and they’ve always been fantastic!
