They were great and didn't rip me off. They're fast and efficient. Most of them seemed very friendly. Especially a select few of them. They had quite a task to accomplish for me. I had a dead cat up on my spare tire. The spare wouldn't come down, no way, no how. I authorized them to cut it off, and if that was a job in itself. But Jacob and Chris stayed on the job until it was complete. Plus an oil change.
