I have use jiffy lube for years. But today the young manager was very rude at the Addison location in Twin Falls. Then, I stood at the cashier area waiting to hand over keys for them to change my oil and they repeatedly just walked past me and ignored me even though my car was queued up as the next in line. I finally just left. Lousy customer service. I will not be using jiffy lube ever again. Too many other good places that know how to treat a customer.
