Never have I witnessed such rudeness at a place of work. I felt like nothing but a hassle. Just because you know what your doing doesn’t mean I do. I apologize I ask questions to better understand. Took business elsewhere.
My standard $42.99 oil change somehow ended up being $59 and some change. That’s almost $20 higher than quoted.. they say taxes and I needed the extra quart. But the standard, base charge started out at $47.99 instead of the quoted $42.98 ($5 is $5). It seems based on your reviews you have a habit of doing this, especially to women. I’m not going to waste time arguing with you, I just won’t ever come here again. And will let every outlet on any kind of social media and corporate know of your shady, unethical tactics. Enjoy the few bucks you conned my wife out of, because you won't get another chance. I know about your shady tactics, but I didn't have time to take her car for service. The upsell technique must be part of your training. The only problem is the air filter you sold her replaced the one I put in 50 miles ago...earlier in the week. We're done with JiffyLube...
