Never have I witnessed such rudeness at a place of work. I felt like nothing but a hassle. Just because you know what your doing doesn’t mean I do. I apologize I ask questions to better understand. Took business elsewhere.
My standard $42.99 oil change somehow ended up being $59 and some change. That’s almost $20 higher than quoted.. they say taxes and I needed the extra quart. But the standard, base charge started out at $47.99 instead of the quoted $42.98 ($5 is $5). It seems based on your reviews you have a habit of doing this, especially to women. Enjoy the few bucks you conned my wife out of, because you won't get another chance. I know about your shady tactics, but I didn't have time to take her car for service. The upsell technique must be part of your training. The only problem is the air filter you sold her replaced the one I put in 50 miles ago...earlier in the week. We're done with JiffyLube...
