THEY RUINED MY BRAND NEW CAR !!!!!! People are PATHETIC scam artists and untalented jokes! I took my BEAUTIFUL flawless 2011 vehicle in to get an oil change and when they told me my coolant was low and that they charge $70 to refill there, I told him I would buy it myself somewhere else and take care of it. Great service! Because I only have liability on my car, insurance wouldn't cover two rock chips to be filled. Jiffy Lube filled them anyway at no cost to me. Plus a vacuum and window cleaning. Who does that anymore?! I will be back!
Jiffy lube is a horrible company the managers push the employees to get ask the work done on a car in less than 10 minutes causing them to miss things and not get them done so your paying for full service when really there only doing a fraction of the work. Trust me I used to work for them. Managers are Dick's one manager fired me because I wanted to leave on my scheduled time to get off. Yet Nate Cano the manager that fired me got in trouble for doing drugs on the job and he only got demoted. Fucked up company. Don't trust.... read more
