Amazing customer service! My car battery died just down the road from this Jiffy Lube. I walked over to ask for help, and within minutes, a technician named Cho came out and helped me jump-start my car. When I got there, Joe ran tests on my battery and told me it was actually fine, saving me from buying a new one I didn't need. They even suggested I check my sound system for a potential power drain and didn't charge me a dime. This is truly outstanding service and I highly recommend this team!
