After the Morrissey blvd location stripped the drain plug on my car and left me with oil on my engine I decided not to return back to that location. The Quincy location couldn’t have been more helpful and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I will only go to this location moving forward. Thank you so much to Joe and everyone at Washington St! You turned a bad experience with Jiffy Lube into a great one.

Great place. My experience was awesome. The manager Joe got me a great price on brakes and an oil change. The service specialist Chris actually took the time to show and explain to me about my old rotors and the issues with them. I've had brakes done many times and this was the first time they actually explained it with props no less. I didn't need an appointment and they were super quick too. Thank you for the great service and when I need the oil changed I'm going to no other place.
We drove 6 hrs from PA to MA for an event for the weekend. After having our fluids changed in PA, we noted on our drive that our transmission was starting to act up and shifting was hard. We stopped at your location for a fluid check and was told by supposedly your "assistant manager" and I use that term loosely because I feel he was poorly trained and did not know what he was doing. I myself have car knowledge so when we asked for them to top off transmission fluid, we were told it's a liability to do that service. Hmmmmm e... read more
