I have been to the Jiffy Lube on Monticello Avenue twice and had a great experience both times. The staff is always fast, friendly, and efficient. Moreover, they don’t try to upsell you unnecessary items or repairs like many other oil shops. The staff will honor multiple coupons and even offer a nice military discount! Much appreciated. We’ll definitely be back. Be sure to ask for the manager Peter. He will take good care of you!

I arrived at 4:30 on 8/24/26 to be informed by the person working that they had only 2 people working and wouldn't have time to get me in that day. I returned on the 26th and they didn't have me in the system even though I've been getting my oil changed there for years. I discovered the next day my washer fluid was empty and when I returned there today 8/28 I was told their washer fluid tank couldn't be used and hadn't worked in some time.
