Fast, friendly, and honest!
The General Manager, Kenny, is extremely helpful and honest! I took my son’s 2015 Kia in for a Transmission Fluid change and spoke with him. I told him my concern with the car not easily going into reverse. Kenny answered all of my questions and concerns. He explained to me that based on where and how the car’s transmission fluid was positioned, sealed beneath the car, that the dealership would be the one’s to change it. The manager is friendly, thorough and quickly got the service done. He came to me with two issues and I agreed that they needed to be corrected. The location is easy to get into and out of. I highly recommend the service here!
I went to get my tire repaired on Drc 19th about 8:30 amJames Lattimore repaired it. By end of my work shift @ night 7pm my tire is flat. So I have to put air in to get home from Williamsburg to Newport News and then have to put more air to get to go to tire place to have it replaced. When I called to inform about the situation James Lattimore said he fixed it and if it had multiple place then he can't catch everything.
