1 hour and 40 minutes for an oil change not even busy. I think these folks are missing the point of Jiffy Lube.

$150 for oil change and only had $120 . So couldn’t get oil change.

I’ve used this location twice now. I usually use the dealer but it’s a long drive and thought I’d try Jiffy Lube since I had a coupon. Both times I was pleased with the service, wait time and price. Everyone is friendly. I’ll keep using them as it’s very convenient for me.

Waited 50 minutes while working on my car - stayed in car. I hope I won’t have oil leak. These two guys, Sean and Noah seemed confused at times. Nice guys but painfully slow and not organized. They added $14+ on my prepurchase of oil change from Groupon. Instead of $72, it was $86. Tried to tell me it was sales tax … not that high! Did not top off engine coolant on PHEV but tried to sell me pink coolant. What happened to motto that we top off all fluids??? Try Valvoline in Williamsburg - better, quicker service.

I was just ripped off at this place. I asked how much it would cost just for a tire rotation and was told $29.99. When they were done and I checked out, the total was $37.98. I asked how much the tax was and was told it wasn't tax, it's a "shop supply fee" and the invoice would explain it. The notes on the invoice reads, "a shop supply fee of $5.99 may be added to your invoice..." I was charged a $7.99 fee, which was never told to me when I asked the cost.
