Horrible about answering phones, will let them ring for 5+minutes. When they do answer, they put you on hold and hang up on you. How can you make an appointment with this system? When you call WM to have them transfer you, they can't get a hold of them either. This is especially unnerving because when I was waiting for the work to be done there was always at least one if not two or three people at the counter. I pulled up and there were probably 2-3 cars being worked on. Cyndi was the CSA that took care of me and I was getting an oil change and tire rotation. I was unsure about the air filter, so she put a note on the invoice to contact the customer if it needs to be changed before they change it. Business really started picking up, they finished my oil change within about 40 minutes, but then still had to get the rotation. Now that Jiffy Lube runs the location instead of Wal-Mart, it is total chaos. I had to leave because they were not helping anyone. Potential customers were walking around like zombies. The employees continually bypassed people waiting to be helped without a word. I waited and watched for about 10 minutes and got out of there.
