Sooo grossly incompetent and unprofessional. I called them because I wanted to PURCHASE a tire from there, have them install it and run a diagnostics test for an unrelated issue. The kid spoke like an air head, did not answer any questions and told me to “just come in and see.” And when I asked to speak to a manager because I wanted to make sure they were capable of that before just going in, he passes the phone to a “manager” and says “sorry to do this to you.” I would not even trust them to do an oil change.
