I recently visited this Jiffy Lube location for an oil change. The staff were professional to some degree, but when it comes to the actual thoroughness of service, they fell short. • They didn’t check for any wear and tear on my vehicle. • Tire pressures were not checked to spec, and they actually overinflated my tires. • They didn’t open my doors or inspect the PCV valve. • My air filter was not properly evaluated, and my cabin air filter wasn’t checked at all. • The tech in the service bay didn’t provide samples of my fron... read more
