As previous reviews mentioned this place is hostile and unwelcoming. The location did not open on time which is understandable as running late can happen occasionally. The issue is when the employee was aggressive and had a bad attitude like he didn’t want to be there. After explaining the issue that my vehicle was having the employee replies with “So what do you want me to do?” I suggested a coolant flush as the employee was clearly oblivious on how to do his own job. The employee that helped me was very friendly, very professional, and I was in and out and almost no time. Of course this could be due to the fact that there were not a lot of customers in the shop. However, I will go on the record and say I was in and out of the Jiffy Lube in Temecula because of the proficiency and the professionalism of the employees they didn’t sit around waiting for instructions. They weren’t on their phones. They had a job to do and they did it. I will for sure be going back.
Waiting time wasn’t bad great service and he explained what he did to my car
