This is my favourite oil change place because I trust them to be 100% honest with me about what they think I need. I never feel like I’m spending unnecessarily when I’m here. I often feel like I’m talking to my Dad who wouldn’t try to upsell me on something I didn’t need - I always try and wait to go to them, because I appreciate their timeliness, their care and the way I feel when I leave - which is that my car is in excellent hands!
I love using Jiffy Lube. The employees are always up beat and most have been there long term. They know my car and I feel like a valued customer.
I’ve been here multiple times and they are so wonderful every time. It’s the best place to go to in Hamilton in my opinion!!!! You won’t see me getting. An oil change anywhere else :) Alex Barlow is the man!!!!! He was so helpful, kind, and his knowledgeable service has guaranteed my returning business as long as I have a car that needs an oil change :)
Always great service, always friendly, and I love being told what service I don't need to do.

So my $165 oil change at welland jiffy lube is $220 here. It's sad that the same company can offer different things / prices at different locations because I've been going to jiffy since 2018 every oil change so because the inconsistency jiffy lost a loyal customer. Edit - Try calling a mom and pop shop, I got my $220 oil change ... read more
