had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube location, especially with Gurj who provided excellent service. He was very polite, professional, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The service was quick, honest, and well organized. I really appreciated how he took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the service being done. Highly recommend this location and special thanks to Gurj for the great customer service!
I had a great experience at the shop, especially thanks to Gurj. He was very cooperative, polite, and quick to help. He explained everything clearly and fixed the issue efficiently without wasting time. His customer service and positive attitude really stood out. I truly appreciate his hard work and would definitely recommend this shop because of staff like him.
Went to see Nav here about a flat tire - he was so great and easy to deal with. He got the team moving right away and I was back on the road almost immediately! He was super clear & respectful and didn’t push to add anything extra. Amazing service!
Went in for a small windshield chip and it was handled in about 25 minutes. Nav walked me through the choices—repairing the chip vs. replacing the whole windshield—and let me choose without any pressure. Everything felt professional and trustworthy. Thanks Nav!
