The techs here helped me with my oil change and coolant service! They also went above and beyond with helping me with my air filter!
Do not go to this location if you care about your vehicle. Me and my partner came for an oil change. They were reefing on the skid plate with their bolt gun, the sound of stripping my bolts for 20 seconds intervals. I spoke with the “owner” they said they were trying out a new gun. And they would double check and make sure the bolts were okay. I guess they weren’t happy that I asked for the owner because they left a rag stuck to the skid plate underneath my truck. Amazing service. As my 2020 Grand Caravan transmission was acting fuuny, I called and went to see them. It took like 15min. only to get the transmission fluid level checked and ad some in it. They also told me to come back in a day or two to see how it goes. I am a regular customer at Jiffy Lube in Yellowknife my home town way up north. Good service there to.
