My car shut down the day after having a transmission service done. Had it towed to a mechanic that couldn’t look at it for a week. The mechanic told me that during my last service the intake boot was not put correctly on after someone had checked my air filter. Great and quick service.
I took a chance on going to a random jiffy lube, and I can’t help but recommend it now. I have personally dealt with stupid up charges and really poorly done oil changes etc from other shops, walk in or not. This Jiffy Lube location on Macleod has staff with great customer service, especially Ashu and Zalmi. I came for an oil change a couple days ago and was made aware my transmission fluid was needing a change, but didn’t have the time to that day. I recently brought in my two vehicles for maintenance and received excellent service from the team at this location. They are efficient, friendly and not pushy with selling additional products. I'll happily go back again when I'm due for another service.
