I came in for a simple oil change and left with major issues. My vehicle was leaking large puddles of oil shortly after the service, and I later discovered that the splash guard had been zip-tied on instead of being properly installed it ended up falling off on the highway a few days later. I was having issues with my engine light and when I called the service department at the dealership they told me it would cost over $200 to do a diagnostic on the car and I also asked about an oil change, another $180. A friend recommended I go to my local Jiffy Lube here in Chestermere and so I popped over. They did a diagnostic on the electrical, (and told me what the problem was), checked the pressure on my tires and told me I didn’t need an oil change for another 6,000 km.
