The techs at your Taft rd shop are very polite, helpful and very knowledgeable they actually want you to know what is wrong with your vehicle and not try to scam you with what other places wants you to change they only wanna fix what’s actually broken and they will let you know if something’s getting worn out to say hey in the future you’re gonna need new tires Because they’re getting low, they’re not the type of company to say hey you need tires today. They’d rather fix your true problems than try to get into your pocket.
The young man who greeted me remembered I’ve been there before(it had been a full year). I trust these guys and they work efficiently and timely. It was like $100 bucks for oil change and state inspection. I find that reasonable. All the bays were busy but I only waited maybe 30-40min from walking in to driving away.
!! Carlos was great at explaining what team members were performing the different aspects of my car's NYS inspection and the oil change were performed very timely. I was unsure whether to park at the door on arrival which was on me. Even though the other customers jumped in front of me my service visit was completed well and before my others day's activities were to begin.
