Had interview set up for 2 30. Showed up 30 mins early was told manager would be back in 10 mins. Sat there for an hour just to be told it would be another 30 mins. In this time I watched them interact with customers and seemed to detour customers who came in for lube service. Example is that one customer came in with a coupon and the lube tech who greeted him seemed to be upset with the customer telling him in groaning tones he was prolly gonna have to wait 45 to an hour to get serviced. Team is helpful and friendly. They present info about vehicle maintenance in a digestible way for the noninformed consumer, without shaming or guilting, or without pushy sales tactics.
Attendants were very personable and friendly, made me feel at ease. This is the second time I have had service here at store 4074. I will tell my friends and family about what great service I received here.
