Great Job, I am always nervous taking my car to a new place especially knowing the behind the scenes stuff having been an AGM at a different location. The team did a great job and used proper bay calls which always makes me feel more comfortable since I know the procedures. I will definitely be making this my new location for service. Fast, thorough, friendly, organized, and clean. Great experience
I had never used a Jiffy Lube before. I was traveling and desperately needed an oil change in an air filter and could not be happier with the way this location treated me and how fast the service was completed. It may have me rethinking using Jiffy Lube’s locally when I get home instead of the more expensive dealership.
Very nice place and nice honest people! Quick for an oil change, tire rotation, and flush around 1 hour or so wait! I don't mind waiting an hour or more for great service on a Saturday! Thank you for all your help and coupons!!! Highly recommend, but going to your cars dealership is a cheaper option.
Worst jiffy lube ever! Went in for an oil change. Instead of draining the engine oil, they drained my transmission!!! I don't even know how an ASE certified technician can make that mistake! Drove out of there with a dry transmission AND they still added oil, so the engine had 11 quarts of oil instead of 5.5. My car could barely drive! They were absolutely clueless about what happened! Have had nothing but great experiences at this location! Everyone is beyond welcoming, informing, and super efficient. They look out for your car but also your wallet and make sure that you get the most out of what you’re paying for while giving realistic options for how to keep your vehicle at peak performance!
