PLEASE READ Let me preface this by saying I've never written a bad review like this in my life, but Michael, Doug, and their store manager and regional manager Mike McCalla have earned it. On Mother's Day, my pregnant wife was stranded on the interstate with no brakes and this store was only 1 mile away. Had I known what a disaster this company would be, I would have had my car shipped somewhere else to have the brakes fixed. They first told us our master brake cylinder went out, and it would be $1,200 after parts and labor.... read more
