Today was quick and easy. D, the manager helped us. He didn't try to up sell us or over charge. He took time to explain everything to me and gave me printouts so that I could track what services I needed to follow up on. He smiled and was so kind.
This Jiffy Lube, and specifically the people working here, have genuinely impressed me. Usually when I go anywhere to get anything done on my car staff can be rude, not take me seriously, not take their time, and not go beyond what they have to in order to let me know what’s going on with my car. I can’t say that about this Jiffy lube. Everybody was friendly, I wasn’t made to feel stupid, and these guys went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
