Visited to get a state inspection. Considering Jiffy Lube was busy, my wait time was longer than expected. Which was okay. The community supports their business 100%. Perfect customer service. My family and I are faithful customers.
My husband went to get the oil change done and the tech asked about changing the cabin air filter. My husband said no and the tech said "you just want to breathe dirt then" and walked away. Like what??? We change it ourselves like be for real. Oil change was fine.
