I took my car into the Crossover Jiffy Lube location on 10/10/23. Not long after getting in and being given an estimate a service attendant comes in with 2 filthy air filters and proceeds to tells me they are from my car. I questioned him as I had recently had a large amount of work done on my car at the dealership where I have always taken it., he even said it looked like it was factory installed.
