I drive a company vehicle, while working down here i brought a truck in for a "signature service" oil change. I specifically told the woman manager oil change only. Once she pulled up the Fleet account, she saw they would approve add-on services and she decided it needed a fuel filter change in addition to the oil change. She took it upon herself to add the filter change without informing me. Now my employer gets to pay full retail for fuel filters I did not want.
