This was my first time at this new location. As someone who has worked in retail my whole I pay attention to customer service where ever I go. So I knew I just had to tell everyone what a great experience I had at Jiffy Lube in Mason Ohio. When I pulled up I immediately got in to the bay, no wait. The young man was extremely pleasant that waited on me. The oil change was quick and the manager I believe even came over to check on me and the service and offered me a water.
